NFI North is hiring a Program Director to oversee its five-bed residential treatment program in Newport, New Hampshire, which provides supported housing and clinical services to adults transitioning from or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. The role leads program operations, clinical services, staffing, payroll, licensing and Joint Commission compliance, state funding coordination, fiscal management, recordkeeping, personnel development, training, and staff supervision, with rotating on-call duties and some evening hours. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in social work or counseling and four years of related service and management experience, or a bachelor’s degree with five years of management experience and relevant participant-population experience.
