Description
The Program Director will oversee the daily administration and operations of the Los Angeles County Program, including youth and family intake, assessment, service-plan development, service delivery monitoring, budget management, compliance, reporting, and program growth. The role supervises direct-service and administrative staff, cultivates community and referral partnerships, and supports staff development. A bachelor's degree with commensurate experience, at least three years in youth services or community-based programs, and one year in supervisory or program management are required; a master's degree is generally preferred. The position offers a stated salary of $85,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
