Description
The Program Director supervises a team of program staff and interns, oversees youth case management and employment transition services, ensures contract and policy compliance, manages budgets and reporting, coordinates with external service providers, and develops training partnerships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of program development and implementation experience, three years working with children and adolescents, and relevant senior-management experience; it also requires First Aid and CPR certification, a valid Texas driver’s license, work authorization, drug screening, and background checks. The position is full-time and does not offer visa sponsorship.
