Description
The Program Director will oversee the clinical and operational aspects of the Vineland PCH program, leading an interdisciplinary team, coordinating treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy when needed, developing program goals, supervising clinical and residential staff, supporting staff development and training, and ensuring compliance with state requirements and inspections. The role requires three years of experience with adolescents in a psychiatric population, one year of supervisory experience, a clinically-based master’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with the Nurtured Heart Approach is a plus.
