The role oversees clinical and operational aspects of a residential substance-use and mental-health treatment program, including staffing, hiring, training, supervision, compliance, budgeting, quality assurance, utilization management, regulatory reporting, and community collaboration. The position requires at least five years of behavioral health experience, two years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. Compensation is $70,720 to $93,600 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
