Description
The Program Director provides overall leadership and management for a DYCD-funded after-school program across multiple New York City sites. The role oversees program operations, compliance, quality, staffing, school and community partnerships, family engagement, data and budget management, safety, and crisis response. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of youth development or after-school experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role. The position is full-time and pays $68,000–$70,000.
