Description
The Program Director oversees the operations, service delivery, compliance, staffing, training, financial administration, procurement, reporting, and quality assurance of a homeless or special-needs support program. The role supervises program personnel, coordinates with regulatory agencies and community partners, develops program content, and serves as the facility’s Incident Commander. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of experience with the homeless or special-needs population are required, including five years in a managerial position; a master’s degree and New York State LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC are preferred. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are provided.
