Description
The Program Director oversees the operations, service delivery, compliance, staffing, training, financial condition, regulatory reporting, and quality assurance of a homeless or special-needs program. The role supervises program personnel, coordinates with vendors and community leaders, manages incidents and crisis prevention, and develops measurable program outcomes. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of experience with homeless or special-needs populations, five years in a managerial position, and strong leadership, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
