Description
The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations and quality of care for a residential OASAS licensed substance-use treatment program. The role supervises program managers and clinical staff, approves treatment plans, ensures compliance with federal, state, and city regulations, develops and evaluates program outcomes, and supports client recovery through therapeutic groups and community activities. Candidates must have a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree, a qualified health professional credential, at least five years of full-time experience in substance use disorder or related treatment, management experience, electronic health record proficiency, and specific chemical-use training; bilingual Spanish is preferred. The position includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
