ACCEL Schools Online is hiring a Program Director to lead a school through launch and the first year of operations while overseeing student records, testing, attendance, personnel, office, finance, and facilities. The role also manages family engagement, stakeholder support, compliance, teacher coaching, instructional improvement, data analysis, special projects, and special programs. Candidates must live in North Carolina, hold a master’s degree in Education, Administration, or Organizational Leadership, and have at least five years of successful teaching experience; online-school instructional-coaching experience is strongly preferred.
