The role leads staff, supports professional development and quality management, oversees service delivery and referrals, participates in strategic planning and marketing, and assists with HR, finance, office, and equipment functions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an associate’s degree plus two years of disability or family-service experience, at least two years of leadership or business management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and certification as a Developmental Specialist II or III and an Infant-Toddler Developmental Assessment evaluator within 90 days of hire.
