Bellese Technologies is hiring a remote-only Program Director to lead delivery teams, shape program strategy, manage client relationships, and serve as the primary decision maker for program performance. The role oversees technical, contractual, administrative, financial, and subcontracting aspects of technology service delivery, manages revenue and utilization, resolves conflicts, and develops direct reports. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of experience, including technology service delivery, federal contract execution, Agile software development, client-services leadership, and client-services selling experience. The position requires U.S. citizenship or a green card, U.S. residency for at least three years, and eligibility for a public-trust background investigation; visa sponsorship is not offered.
