Description
Breaking Ground is hiring a Program Director, Permanent Housing and Tenant Success Services to provide strategic, clinical, and operational oversight for a supportive housing program serving individuals transitioning from shelter into permanent housing. The role supervises case management, tenant services, and administrative staff; implements Housing First, harm reduction, crisis prevention, and trauma-informed care models; manages program contracts, budgets, incident response, tenant engagement, and external partnerships; and coordinates multidisciplinary care. The position is full-time and in-person, generally Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed across sites.
