C5MI is hiring a Program Director to lead a large-scale, greenfield SAP S/4HANA financial management modernization program for a Department of War organization. The role owns program profit and loss, budget and margin, governance, milestone delivery, risk management, subcontractor performance, executive-level government relations, audit readiness, and workforce strategy. It requires extensive federal and defense program management experience, a PMP certification, an active Secret clearance, and the ability to travel up to 50% to client sites. The position is contingent on contract award and offers an expected annual salary of $175,000–$195,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, bonus, and paid time-off benefits.
