Description
The Program Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for CEA CAPA’s Amsterdam site, overseeing student services, academic oversight, vendor and university relations, housing, program delivery, budgets, and team development. The role manages semester, summer, and custom programs; coordinates with global and local stakeholders; handles student concerns and crisis response; and ensures financial, academic, and operational performance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English and Dutch, at least two years of experience in international education or related fields, team-leadership experience, international work experience, authorization to work in the location, and knowledge of the United States university system.
