Crestwood is hiring a full-time Program Director to direct and coordinate a rehabilitation program, ensure compliance with policies and reporting requirements, and develop, implement, and evaluate orientation and educational programs across the facility. The role requires regulatory education standards, a bachelor’s degree or licensed nurse or clinician credential, mental health experience, knowledge of DSM-5 and recovery principles, and relevant program-planning or Crestwood experience. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, paid leave, and a base pay range of $85,758 to $96,512 USD.
