Crestwood is hiring a full-time Program Director to direct and coordinate a 40-bed mental health rehabilitation program at its Selma campus. The role oversees client mental health services, program policies and reporting, in-service training, and staff supervision, while requiring regulatory education, a bachelor's degree or nurse/clinician license, and at least two years of mental health experience including program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, paid leave, and a base salary of $93,600 to $111,700 USD per year.
