Program Director at Dungarvin

Dungarvin is hiring a Program Director to oversee and coordinate residential and/or day programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities. The role combines direct care with supervisory responsibilities, including personnel management, program coordination, goal and plan development, and oversight of medical, financial, and maintenance operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, at least one year of direct experience working with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities, and at least two years of management experience in that field. The position is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call availability, and offers a starting salary of $52,000 plus benefits.
