Dungarvin is hiring a Program Director to oversee and coordinate residential and/or day programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or complex medical needs. The role combines direct care with supervisory responsibilities, including personnel management, program implementation, quality assurance, budget and maintenance oversight, and staff leadership. It is full-time with on-call responsibilities and may include evenings and weekends.
