Description
Fountain House is hiring a full-time onsite Program Director to lead a clubhouse program area, deliver Social Practice services, supervise social practitioners, manage the program budget and administration, coordinate staff schedules and caseloads, ensure compliance, and support hiring and program development. The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience, mastery of Social Practice and the Clubhouse model, and leadership or supervisory experience; a master’s degree is preferred. The position pays $85,000 per year and Fountain House does not sponsor visas.
