GDIT is hiring a Director of Fiscal Agent Operations for the NCMMIS program, a Medicaid fiscal agent operation supporting North Carolina’s NCTracks claims adjudication system. The role leads fiscal agent operations, serves as the second-in-command and executive account director, manages program performance and escalations, supports customer change management, and oversees seven direct-report managers. It requires a master’s degree or equivalent education and experience, extensive Medicaid and healthcare administrative management experience, leadership experience, and PMI PMP certification or commitment to achieve it.
