Landor is hiring a Program Director for its Chicago studio to direct the strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of its project portfolio. The role oversees client engagements and brand transformation initiatives, optimizes resources, aligns execution with business and financial objectives, and leads cross-functional teams. Candidates need significant PMO and complex portfolio experience, expertise in project governance and PMO platforms, strong stakeholder and analytical skills, experience in global matrixed organizations, and a PMP or equivalent credential. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with teams in the office around four days per week and a stated salary range of $125,000 to $175,000.
