LifeWise Academy is hiring a part-time Program Director to lead and grow a local LifeWise released-time religious instruction program. The role focuses on community and school partnerships, fundraising and donor stewardship, team recruitment and support, program scheduling and enrollment, administrative operations, budgeting coordination, compliance, and ensuring safe, professional delivery of biblical instruction. It is approximately 15–20 hours per week, requires some daytime availability and occasional evening, weekend, or community events, and includes a retirement plan with employer match.
