LifeWise Academy is hiring a part-time Program Director to lead and grow a local released-time religious instruction program. The role focuses on building partnerships with schools, families, churches, and community members; coordinating fundraising and donor stewardship; recruiting and supporting team members; overseeing scheduling, enrollment, communication, budgeting, compliance, and day-to-day operations; and helping deliver safe, effective biblical instruction. The position requires approximately 15–20 hours per week, some daytime availability during school hours, and occasional evening, weekend, or community events, with a retirement plan including an employer match.
