Program Director at Monks

Monks is hiring a remote Program Director to lead large-scale technology services engagements from anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel. The role owns the client relationship, program strategy, delivery health, cross-functional teams of 40 to 50 people, commercial performance, resourcing, and account growth. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience leading large technology services programs, experience managing programs of $5M or more, and experience with Agile delivery and globally distributed teams.
