Coleman Programs Unit in Lockhart, Texas, including program planning, compliance, therapeutic community development, budgeting, policy and training development, program analysis, and staff supervision. The role requires a bachelor's degree, five years of program administration or counseling experience, two years of employee-supervision experience, and current Texas chemical dependency counseling licensure or an equivalent substance abuse treatment credential.
