Description
The Program Director leads MTM transportation service delivery, manages direct and indirect reports, oversees budgets and contract performance, coordinates with clients and transportation providers, resolves service issues, and maintains compliance with contract and regulatory requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least eight years of experience managing large profitable operations teams in multimillion-dollar contract environments, contract implementation and performance-management experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and financial skills. A bachelor’s degree, project management certification, Lean or Six Sigma experience, and Medicaid or state-program experience are preferred. The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a base salary of $107,120 to $175,000.
