Necco is hiring a Foster Care Program Director to lead and supervise a foster care program, drive its financial stability and capacity, oversee clinical and administrative quality, ensure regulatory and Medicaid compliance, manage referrals and client records, and develop staff. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a human services or social work field, relevant foster care or child welfare experience, supervisory or program management experience, and the ability to work with high-risk children.
