Necco is hiring a Wraparound Director to lead, oversee, and strategically direct its Wraparound program. The role is responsible for program growth, financial stewardship, service quality and fidelity, staff supervision and development, compliance, risk management, and community and stakeholder partnerships. Candidates must be at least 21, have a master’s degree in a human-services-related field, at least two years of post-graduate experience working with children or families experiencing emotional or behavioral health needs, and possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and the ability to complete background checks and travel as needed.
