NFI North Beacon House is hiring a Program Director for its residential treatment program for adolescents aged 13–20 in Buxton, Maine. The role oversees daily operations, manages approximately 25 staff, and supports treatment and educational services for up to eight youth with significant mental health and behavioral issues. Responsibilities include budget oversight, payroll, scheduling, on-call duties, training oversight, and management and staff meetings. The position requires a master’s degree in social work or human services with three years of supervisory experience, or a bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of supervisory experience.
