Description
The role oversees the scope, design, scheduling, development, quality, compliance, staffing, and clinical performance of a substance-use treatment program. Responsibilities include managing the intake flow, electronic data, client satisfaction, census, units of service, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and the hiring, supervision, evaluation, and professional development of direct-service staff. The posting prefers an advanced degree in social work, counseling, or mental health and at least 3–5 years of program-management and supervisory experience in an OASAS-funded facility.
