Description
The role oversees the scope, design, scheduling, development, quality, compliance, staffing, and clinical performance of a substance-use treatment program. Responsibilities include managing intake and treatment admission, monitoring census and service targets, ensuring electronic data accuracy, overseeing physical plant and company resources, coordinating meetings and reporting, and supervising and developing clinical staff. The position requires strong program-management, organizational, networking, and supervisory skills, with an advanced degree and 3–5 years of experience in an OASAS-funded facility preferred.
