The Children’s Home of Reading is hiring a full-time Program Director for its ORR UAC LTFC program across Bethlehem and Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The role oversees programmatic, administrative, financial, operational, compliance, staffing, budget, reporting, and quality activities; supervises direct program staff; and coordinates with ORR personnel. Candidates must be at least 21, hold an MSW or equivalent relevant master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree plus five years of child welfare administration or child protective services experience, and have at least two years of program management or licensed childcare program director experience.
