Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Program Director for South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, Florida. The role oversees the quality delivery and day-to-day operations of residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth, including treatment, education, vocational services, student health and welfare, budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, marketing, and staff development. The position reports to the Executive Board, leads the site management team, and requires a bachelor’s degree, four years of residential facility management experience, background and drug-screening clearance, a current driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekend on-call availability as needed.
