Legacy Medical Academy is hiring a full-time Program Director to lead and strengthen healthcare training programs across Indiana, including the Nurse Aide Training Program and Qualified Medication Aide, insulin administration, and related credential programs. The role oversees curriculum, compliance, records, clinical and laboratory standards, instructor development, regulatory relationships, and partnerships with schools, employers, and clinical providers. Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse license, have at least two years of nursing experience, and experience in healthcare education, staff training, or program leadership. The position reports to the President and requires periodic travel to support instructors and monitor program quality.
