Description
The Program Director, IDD Services will manage the day-to-day operations of one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, program delivery, and program staff performance and scheduling. The role also requires on-call availability to support staff and cover shifts as needed. A bachelor's degree and two to three years of related human services experience are preferred, along with a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
