Mentor Community Services is hiring a full-time Program Director, IDD Services in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, at $54,800. The role manages one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery. The director also manages program staff, makes personnel decisions, and may cover shifts or provide on-call support.
