Description
The Program Director manages services and operations for a designated program or set of programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, staffing, training, compliance, financial management, census, maintenance, and stakeholder relations, while supervising Direct Support Professionals, Program Supervisors, and other staff. It is a full-time, exempt, salaried position requiring a bachelor's degree, related human-services experience, current driver credentials, state licensure, and required certificates.
