ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery, while managing staff performance, scheduling, and hiring decisions. The position is full-time and salaried at $45,011.20 per year, with a Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule and on-call availability, and is based in Denton, Texas.
