Description
The Program Director will manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, program delivery, and program staff performance and scheduling. The role requires a high school diploma, at least four years of management experience working with the community, communication and teamwork skills, and a valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle. The position pays $57,500 and includes full-time benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) company match.
