Description
The Program Director, IDD Services/ICF Group Homes will manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery; managing staff performance and scheduling; and making personnel decisions. The role requires on-call availability and offers a full-time schedule with an annual salary of $57,500.
