NeuroRestorative is hiring a full-time Program Director to lead several 24/7 staffed enhanced nursing residential programs in a community setting. The role combines business and clinical leadership, including nursing operations, staffing and scheduling, interdisciplinary care coordination, budget management, licensure and accreditation compliance, direct-report management, and clinical outcomes. An active New Hampshire RN license is required, while a bachelor's degree and two to three years of related human-services experience are preferred. The position offers a 90–95k compensation range, full-time benefits, and on-call availability.
