Description
The Program Director, IDD Services will manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, program delivery, and staff performance. The role requires on-call availability, a bachelor's degree and two to three years of related human services experience are preferred, and offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules with full-time compensation and benefits.
