Description
The Program Director, IDD Services will manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, program delivery, and staff performance. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, a valid driver's license, current car registration and auto insurance, and strong organizational and communication skills. It is a full-time position with an annual salary of $57,500 and benefits including a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
