Description
The Program Director will oversee all services and supports in a Host Home program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including QIDP activities, licensing compliance, incident management, stakeholder relations, staff supervision, recruitment, training, financial and billing oversight, and program growth. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Services, five years of related experience, and a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if driving for the company. Compensation is $54,000 annually for a full-time salaried opportunity with benefits.
