ResCare Community Living is hiring a full-time Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, safety, and the physical environment, while managing program staff and making personnel decisions. The position pays $47,840 and requires a bachelor's degree and two to three years of related human services experience, an equivalent education and experience combination, a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with strong organizational, communication, and compassionate skills. On-call availability is required.
