Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, program delivery, and staff performance. It requires on-call availability and offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
