Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery, while managing program staff and making personnel decisions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Human Services, one year of Program Director experience, and one year of experience working with the disability population. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full compensation and benefits for full-time employees.
