Description
The Program Director, IDD Services will manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, program delivery, and staff performance. The role requires on-call availability and offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package.
