Mentor Community Services is hiring a Program Director, IDD Services to manage one to four community-based programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and program delivery, while managing staff performance, scheduling, and hiring decisions. The position offers a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with full-time compensation of $70,304 per year and benefits, plus full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedule options.
